Days of high adventure...

 This is the campaign log of a Florida Man campaign.  This campaign setting was inspired by Twitter's @notjohndaker who developed the feature class "Florida Man".  This campaign uses the "Adventurer Conqueror Kings System" (ACKS) published by Autarch. Its very awesome.  This is a #BrOSR game which means:

- Rules > Campaign > Players

- 1:1 Time keeping

- Gold for EXP

- Patrons


Set in some fantastical time in the future, after many cataclysms, or something, we find ourselves in the former Empire of Long Florida.  Now, the loosely defined regions are governed by the local Satrap/Warlord.

Several feature classes have been made according to the custom class rules found in the ACKS Player's Handbook:

  • There's Florida Man, of course, with his ability to somehow escape death at every turn...and the dumber he is the harder he is to kill.  (This is the creation of @notjohndaker)
  • Then there's Florida Man's Cousin, You Know, the Hot One, who's fiery temper allows her to use any object that can be thrown, as a weapon.  No one trick pony, this girl's eGirl genetics allow her to inspire simping in her compatriots granting them all sorts of powers that help them in combat.  
  • Of course it wouldn't be Florida if the gators from Gatorland USA near Orlando hadn't been magically altered to fight in the arena! The Gladigator is a gator hominid specializing in gladiatorial combat.
  • Lastly (for now), one of Florida's hallmarks is the Retired Yankee, who at level 9 can build a country club and golf course for their domain.  Naturally, the more wetlands you destroy the higher the growth bonus. Thanks boomer charisma! This class also taps into the the ancient powers of long lost magiks only available to them: the mystical 
    • Each of these classes have even MORE great abilities! Class sheets will be posted later for your own use!
